Stepping Stones has established and maintains an environment where our students feel safe, secure, are encouraged to talk and are listened to.

Students are able to talk freely to any member of staff, volunteer or regular visitor to our organisation if they are worried or concerned about something; the office door is always open.

Our staff, volunteers and trustees are fully trained in Safeguarding practices & the Director, Head of Creative Engagement and Operations & our Project co-coordinators have all taken part in dedicated Safeguarding training for those in Leadership roles.
